The Cybex Gazelle is a great choice for parents looking for a stroller to grow with their family. It is a "modular" stroller or "convertible" stroller, and it can be set up in more than 20 ways to accommodate different seat units including infant car seats, cots and cradles.
We love that the Cybex Gazelle is lightweight and easy to maneuver making it perfect for parents who like to explore. It has a big storage basket and many attachments that allow parents to carry their groceries or even light shopping. It is a little bit more expensive than other 2 in one prams, however it's definitely worth the investment because the quality and functionality are top-of-the-line.

4. Joovy Twin Roo+
A minimalist frame stroller, the Twin Roo+ offers car seat click-in and a large storage bin. It is among the lightest double strollers available on the market. It weighs only 24 pounds. without attachments for infant car seats. It's quite light for a twin stroller. pram 2 in 1 is slightly heavier than the UPPAbaby Vista v2 Double and the Thule Urban Glide 2 Double.
The Roo+ is simple to use and comes with a handy quick-start guide. It snaps together quickly and takes less than 10 minutes to become road-ready. It doesn't come with a canopy built-in, so your babies will have to wear their own sunshades in case they require extra protection from the elements.
Through our tests, we noticed that the Roo+ was a dual stroller that handled well. It can maneuver through all terrains, but has trouble in grassy areas and on gravel. It can be difficult to navigate over and up curbs that are 1 inch high. We do not recommend using this stroller off-road or on stairs, however it does offer excellent suspension to minimize bumps for the passengers.
The Roo+ has a large storage bin under the seat, but it's difficult to access without taking off infant car seats. This is a common issue twin frame strollers often have, but Joovy has an underseat baby carrier to help solve this issue.
In contrast to top-scoring strollers the Roo+ doesn't have a self-standing fold or cup holders. This is a small sacrifice for car seat compatibility and storage features however we'd prefer to have more flexibility from our strollers. Its seating configuration versatility is a nice feature, however it allows parents to place their infant car seats facing in opposite directions or in the same direction, to better suit their requirements.

It also scores highly for maneuverability, which is a key aspect for parents seeking a travel stroller that will fit into small spaces. The Delta is a bare-bones product which is lacking some features that other strollers that we tested include, such as an extended recline or a large storage basket.
